Returns Policy

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond promptly with instructions for how to return items from your order and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

All return requests must be made within 30 days of the delivery.  All merchandise returned must be in its original, new condition with original packaging in order to receive refund.  All returned merchandise are subjected to inspection and verification.

Returned merchandise are subjected to 15% restocking fee and customer's responsibility of return shipping cost.  Unless otherwise proven mistake was make by our shipping department and/or your merchandise was arrived damaged.  In such case, there will no charge to you and a replacement will be shipped to you.  Refund/credit will be issued withing 10 business days after the returned merchandise has been fully processed and accepted.

Merchandise That Cannot Be Returned:

*  Merchandise returned without a RMA number.  Such returned shipment will be refused by our warehouse.

*  Return request was make over 30 days after merchandise was originally delivered.

*  Merchandise is not in new, original condition.

*  Custom/Special Order

*  Opened box, floor samples, discontinued and clearance items.


In most cases, we ship all in stock products with 72 hours after the initial order was placed.  However, special order products may required an advanced lead time.  We offer FREE SHIPPING to all of the products listed on this website.  All large items are subjected to curbside delivery only.
